Spring retreat 2023
7th - 10th April 2023
Refresh.
Reflect.
Renew.
It's April. Chicks are breaking out their shells. Bears are coming out of hibernation. Nature all around us is unapologetically in bloom. Want to know what that feels like?
Each month, nature has unique and important lessons to teach us. This creative nature retreat will give you the tools to open your mind, body and soul to these lessons. Within the gorgeous landscape of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, you will have the opportunity to refresh, reflect and renew by re-connecting with your inner child, your creativity and your innate link to the natural world. You will be guided through a mix of group and individual creative activities, both indoor and in nature, using principles of Dramatherapy and inspired by Environmental Arts Therapy practices.
In traditional Celtic society, the time of year now known as April was An Giblean - a time of sowing seeds, of betrothals and of new beginnings. Along with like-minded people and safely guided by two qualified dramatherapists, you will explore what seeds you want to sow in your life, how you might make a re-commitment of love to yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
