About me

My name is Abigail Nelson, and I'm a qualified dramatherapist based in Edinburgh, Scotland.

 

With a background in arts and disability, I'm passionate about providing creative opportunities for individuals and groups to connect, express and explore.โ€‹

 

โ€‹I run a private therapy practice in Leith (Edinburgh) and online, creative wellness workshops and nature retreats, and dramatherapy-led consultancy for theatre, film and television. Check out all my services here.โ€‹โ€‹

All of my work, from individual dramatherapy to bespoke workshops and project consultancy, is rooted in embodied, creative practice. I offer a non-judgmental space dedicated to helping you move beyond words and into meaningful action.
